Mysten Labs Spinout Anyflo Launches Stablecoin Orchestration Platform, Acqui-Hires Sui Project Native #
Anyflo, a stablecoin payments orchestration startup incubated at Mysten Labs, has launched out of stealth with the acqui-hire of Native, a Bitcoin lending platform built on the Sui blockchain, and a $1 million seed investment from Mysten Labs. The launch took place on October 8, 2026, at Sui Basecamp, a side event of TOKEN2049 in Singapore.
CEO Lola Oyelayo-Pearson founded the company after serving as General Manager of Product at Mysten Labs and in senior roles at Shopify Money and Capital One. Anyflo operates as an orchestration layer between enterprises and the various stablecoin rails currently on the market, giving businesses access to stablecoins across multiple blockchains while handling network selection, liquidity sourcing, and transaction routing on their behalf.
Oyelayo-Pearson framed the company’s pitch in non-crypto terms. According to the company’s press release, she said most of Anyflo’s target customers are not asking for stablecoins specifically; they want to know how to cut the cost of moving money, protect their margins, and improve customer experiences. The company’s goal, she said, is to “abstract away the ego, complexity and hype” from the new payment rails.
The acqui-hire brings co-founder Robert Zaremba and Native’s engineering team to Anyflo, along with cross-chain intellectual property. Native had previously raised just under $2 million and placed in the top five of 630 projects competing in the Sui Overflow 2025 hackathon.
Anyflo is targeting marketplaces, neobanks, payroll providers, and other businesses that embed payments into their products. The company entered private alpha in October 2026 and plans a production preview and liquidity onboarding phase before a full beta launch in the first quarter of 2027, though exact dates have not been confirmed.
Mysten Labs, the original contributor to the Sui blockchain, backed Anyflo’s launch with the $1 million investment, acting as both incubator and early strategic backer. Financial terms of the Native acqui-hire were not disclosed.
