London Stablecoin Firm Noah Closes $38M Seed Round as Revenue Rises 538% #
London-based stablecoin payments infrastructure company Noah has closed its seed round at $38 million after a $16 million extension that brought in new and returning investors.
The $16 million top-up came from Endeit Capital, FJ Labs, LocalGlobe, and Felix Capital, along with a group of angel investors, according to the company’s announcement. It follows the approximately $22 million Noah raised in June 2025 in its initial seed tranche, with LocalGlobe participating in both closes.
Year-to-date 2026 revenues are up 538% compared to the same period in 2025, with month-on-month growth running at 31%, the company reported. Noah also added more than 150 new customers during the year across cross-border remittances, fintech, digital marketplaces, and payroll platforms.
Noah’s platform connects stablecoin settlement to local payment rails, allowing businesses and individuals to move money internationally without routing through traditional correspondent banking chains. The company says it operates in more than 150 markets and supports over 60 currencies.
Co-founder and CEO Shah Ramezani said the company aims to replace the multi-step correspondent banking model with a single settlement platform that embeds compliance at both the origin and destination of funds, comparing the approach to how neobanks changed domestic banking.
Noah’s other co-founder, President Thijn Lamers, was part of the early team at Dutch payments company Adyen. According to published reports, Lamers has set a near-term target of scaling the company to four to five times its current revenue run rate over the next twelve months.
The new capital will go toward expanding regulatory licenses across key markets, hiring engineering and compliance specialists, deepening integrations with local payment rails in its highest-volume corridors, and opening a New York office to grow its U.S. presence.
