KuCoin Pay launches enterprise stablecoin gift card for global business distribution #

KuCoin Pay, the merchant payments arm of crypto exchange KuCoin, has launched the KuCoin Gift Card, a product that lets businesses send USDT and USDC to recipients worldwide through a digital gifting mechanism.

The company announced the product on August 6. It targets corporate use cases including customer loyalty rewards, promotional campaigns, employee incentives, and community engagement programs. Businesses can issue the cards in bulk and connect them to existing workflows through API integration.

Recipients do not need a KuCoin account to receive a card but must redeem through the KuCoin platform to access the underlying stablecoins. The company says this approach keeps the experience comparable to conventional digital gift cards while lowering the barrier to stablecoin access for users unfamiliar with crypto.

KuCoin Pay already supports more than 50 cryptocurrencies for contactless and online payments. The gift card is its latest product aimed at moving digital assets between businesses and their customers.

The launch comes as several large financial institutions and payment networks are developing their own stablecoin settlement and distribution infrastructure. Stablecoin providers have increasingly sought distribution channels beyond trading and remittance applications.

KuCoin is headquartered in the Seychelles. KuCoin Pay’s gift card product is available globally from launch.
