Klarna has launched an AI-powered Shopping Search app inside ChatGPT, allowing users to search for products through conversation and see visual results with current prices, availability and offers from multiple merchants. After finding an item, users are redirected to the merchant’s website to complete the purchase
The launch matters because product discovery is moving closer to AI assistants, not only search engines or retailer websites.
