PayPal integrates Mastercard Agent Pay into its digital wallet #
PayPal has partnered with Mastercard to integrate Agent Pay, a real-time payments capability, into the PayPal Wallet, according to Finextra. The integration will allow PayPal users in select markets to instantly fund their accounts or send money directly to Mastercard cards, enhancing liquidity and cash-flow access for consumers and small businesses
Agent Pay enables direct push-to-card payments using Mastercard’s global network, bypassing traditional intermediaries to deliver near-instant transfers.
