According to CMC Markets, Cambridge beat London to the title of the city with the most entry-level finance job openings with around 13.5 per 100.000 people.
The financial services provider created a rating based on major job search websites research, where Oxford followed Cambridge with 5.55 jobs per 100.000 people. Next is Norwich which closes the TOP-3 cities with the most entry-level finance jobs, reaching 5.44 jobs per 100.000 people.
The CMC Markets also considered the average monthly cost of living in £. This way, Cambridge still holds the top-1 position with £1,765 per month, which is the highest cost of living in the rating. The lowest cost is Leicester, however it has 8th place in the rating with 2.49 jobs per 100.000 people.
Those who aim at having an entry-level financial job in London will have to consider high monthly expenses of £2,347, but the capital is capable of providing 7.21 entry-level finance jobs per 100.000 people.
